Lead an entire market for GSP Group. As an Operating Partner, you will oversee multi-unit performance, build and develop your management team, and share in the financial success of the business. This is a rare equity-level opportunity for a proven multi-unit operator ready to own their outcomes.
Ideal Background
Multi-unit franchise operator with 5+ years of QSR or fast-casual experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operating locations across both brands. The Director of Operations is responsible for systemwide performance, operational standards, and the development of the management pipeline. You will work directly with ownership to shape how GSP Group operates and grows.
Ideal Background
7+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations, ideally across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of locations within a defined district. You will be the direct link between GSP Group leadership and our General Managers — driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring every location operates at the highest level.
Ideal Background
3–5 years as a multi-unit manager or high-performing General Manager in QSR or fast-casual.
Key Responsibilities
Run a high-volume restaurant with the full support of an experienced franchise group behind you. As a General Manager at GSP Group, you will have the autonomy to lead your team and the resources to succeed — with a clear path to District Manager and beyond.

2+ years as a General Manager in QSR, fast-casual, or full-service dining.

Support the General Manager in daily operations and step up as a leader in training. This is an ideal role for a shift supervisor or team lead ready to take the next step in their management career.

1+ year in a supervisory or shift lead role in food service.
