Who We Are
A Franchise Group Built on Execution
The GSP Group was founded on a simple but demanding belief: that the best franchise organizations are built on two things — operational discipline and people development. Everything we do flows from that.
We are owner-operators in the truest sense. We are not passive investors or absentee franchisees. We are in our restaurants, working alongside our teams, holding ourselves to the same standards we hold everyone else.
Today we operate Zaxby's and Blaze Pizza across New Jersey and Delaware. Tomorrow, we will operate more — because we have built the infrastructure, the team, and the culture to scale.

GSP Group Established
The GSP Group was founded with a clear thesis: build a multi-unit franchise operation anchored in operational discipline and people-first culture.
Zaxby's — Magnolia, NJ
GSP Group opened its first Zaxby's location in Magnolia, NJ, bringing the brand's bold chicken flavors to South Jersey.
Blaze Pizza — Linden, NJ
Expanding into the fast-casual pizza category, GSP Group opened a Blaze Pizza location in Linden, NJ, serving Central Jersey.
Continued Expansion
